PPM has six low-income apartment complexes located in Northern Illinois.  Each apartment complex is designated to serve senior citizens and the disabled.  Most apartments rents are based on 30% of the adjusted income level.

6. Village Green – Winn Green Village Apartments located in Winnebago, IL.
